Terms & Conditions

1. Scope

These Terms and Conditions apply to all contracts for the day-by-day rental of Farmhouse Prasser to companies, groups and other guests. By making a booking, the tenants acknowledge these conditions as binding.

2. Booking & Contract Formation

A rental contract is formed as soon as the booking has been confirmed by us in writing (by e-mail). By making a booking, guests acknowledge the Terms and Conditions, the House Rules and the cancellation policy.

3. Rental Price & Payment Terms

The rental price is €2,500 net per day, inclusive of overnight accommodation and use of the sauna for up to 15 persons. A cleaning flat rate of €350 net is charged in addition.

  • A 50% deposit is due 30 days before arrival.
  • The remaining 50% together with a security deposit of €500 must be transferred no later than 7 days before arrival.
  • The security deposit will be refunded in full after departure, provided no damage or outstanding charges exist.

Our prices are stated net. An invoice with VAT stated separately will be issued upon request.

4. Security Deposit

The security deposit serves as security against damage to the rental property and against any additional costs (e.g. late departure, special cleaning). Damage exceeding the security deposit amount will be invoiced separately.

5. Cancellation Policy

  • Up to 30 days before arrival: free cancellation
  • Up to 7 days before arrival: 50% of the total price will be charged
  • From 6 days before arrival or in the event of no-show: 100% of the total price is payable

6. Rebooking

Rebooking to a different date is generally possible, provided the desired period is available. Please contact us as early as possible.

7. Use of the Property

  • The property may only be used by the number of persons registered in advance.
  • The maximum occupancy is 15 persons (6 double rooms, 3 single rooms).
  • Subletting or passing on to third parties is not permitted.
  • Events or celebrations require the express written consent of the landlord.

8. Check-in / Check-out

  • Check-in is possible from 08:00 on the day of arrival.
  • Check-out must take place by 16:00 at the latest on the day of departure.
  • A later departure is only possible by prior arrangement and subject to availability.

9. House Rules

The current House Rules form part of the rental contract and are acknowledged upon booking.

In the event of serious or repeated violations of the House Rules, we reserve the right to terminate the stay early. No refund of the rental price will be made in this case.

10. Liability

Use of the property is at the guests' own risk. The landlord accepts no liability for damage or losses arising from improper use of the facilities.

11. Early Departure

In the event of early departure, there is no entitlement to a refund of amounts already paid.

12. Data Protection

Personal data of guests is used exclusively for the purpose of processing the booking and fulfilling statutory obligations, and will not be passed on to third parties.
