Terms & Conditions

1. Scope

These Terms and Conditions apply to all contracts for the daily rental of Farmhouse Prasser to companies, groups and other guests. By making a booking, guests acknowledge these conditions as binding.

2. Booking & Contract Formation

A rental agreement is concluded as soon as the booking has been confirmed by us in writing (by e-mail). By booking, guests accept the Terms and Conditions, the House Rules and the cancellation policy.

3. Rental Price & Payment Terms

The rental price is €2,500 net per day, including overnight accommodation and use of the sauna for up to 15 people. A flat-rate cleaning fee of €350 net applies in addition.

  • The total amount and the security deposit of €500 must be transferred no later than one week before arrival.
  • The deposit will be refunded in full after departure, provided there is no damage or outstanding charges.

All prices are net. An invoice showing VAT will be issued upon request.

4. Security Deposit

The security deposit covers potential damage to the property as well as any additional costs (e.g. late departure, special cleaning). Damage exceeding the deposit amount will be invoiced separately.

5. Cancellation Policy

  • Up to 30 days before arrival: free cancellation
  • Up to 7 days before arrival: 50% of the total price will be charged
  • From 6 days before arrival or in the event of no-show: 100% of the total price is due

6. Rebooking

Rebooking to a different date is generally possible, provided the desired period is available. Please contact us as early as possible.

7. Use of the Property

  • The property may be used exclusively by the number of guests registered in advance.
  • The maximum occupancy is 15 people (6 double rooms, 3 single rooms).
  • Subletting or passing on access to third parties is not permitted.
  • Events or parties require the landlord's explicit written consent.

8. Check-in / Check-out

  • Check-in is possible from 08:00 on the day of arrival.
  • Check-out must take place by 12:00 at the latest on the day of departure.
  • A later departure is only possible by prior arrangement and subject to availability.

9. House Rules

The current House Rules form part of the rental agreement and are accepted upon booking.

In the event of serious or repeated violations of the House Rules, we reserve the right to terminate the stay early. No refund of the rental price will be made in such cases.

10. Liability

The property is used at the guest's own risk. The landlord accepts no liability for damage or loss arising from improper use of the facilities.

11. Early Departure

In the event of early departure, there is no entitlement to a refund of amounts already paid.

12. Data Protection

Guests' personal data is used solely for the purpose of processing the booking and fulfilling legal obligations, and will not be passed on to third parties.
