House Rules for the Farmhouse Prasser

Welcome to the Farmhouse Prasser!

We're delighted to have you as our guest. To make your stay as enjoyable as possible, we kindly ask you to observe the following house rules:

General Rules:

Arrival and Departure:
The house is available to you from 8:00 a.m. on the day of arrival. On the day of departure, the house must be vacated by 12:00 p.m. at the latest. Please let us know your expected arrival time in good time.

Cleanliness:
Please leave the property in a broom-clean condition on departure. Kindly wash up any used dishes, empty the bins and clean out the fridge.

Use of Facilities

Furnishings:
All furnishings are available for your use. Please treat them with care and return any moved furniture to its original position after use.

Bed Linen and Towels:
Bed linen and towels are provided and do not need to be washed by guests.

Keys:
Any costs arising from the loss of keys or access chips are your responsibility.

Yoga:
To ensure all guests feel comfortable and the furnishings stay in good condition, we kindly ask that after yoga sessions you take care not to walk across floors with oily feet or place oily body parts on the furniture.

Safety and Quiet Hours

Quiet Hours:
Please observe quiet hours between 10:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m. so that all guests can enjoy their stay.

Smoking:
Smoking is not permitted inside the Farmhouse. Designated smoking areas are available outside.

Fire:
Open flames (such as barbecuing) are only permitted in specially designated areas.

Conduct and Environment

Pets:
Pets are only permitted with prior agreement and approval.

Waste Separation:
Please sort your waste in accordance with local regulations. The bins are located in the courtyard or nearby.

Garden and Outdoor Areas:
The garden is available for your use; however, please refrain from loud activities during quiet hours. Plants and flowers are also part of the property and should be treated accordingly.

Liability and Damages:

Damages:
Any damage must be reported immediately. You are liable for any damage caused by negligence.

Liability:
In the event of loss or damage to inventory or furnishings, you are liable for the replacement costs.

Miscellaneous:

Internet/Wi-Fi:
Internet access is free of charge; however, please use it for legal purposes only.

Events:
Large events or parties are only permitted with prior agreement.

House Rules Authority:
The house rules form part of the rental agreement and are accepted upon booking. In the event of non-compliance, we reserve the right to terminate the rental agreement.
