1. Scope

‍These General Terms and Conditions apply to all contracts for the daily rental of Farmhouse Prasser to companies, groups, and other guests. By making a booking, tenants accept these conditions as binding.

2. Booking & Contract Formation

‍A rental contract is concluded once the booking has been confirmed by us in writing (via email). By booking, guests accept the General Terms and Conditions, the House Rules, and the Cancellation Policy.

3. Rental Price & Payment Terms

‍The rental price is €2,500 net per day, including overnight accommodation and sauna use for 15 persons. An additional cleaning fee of €350 net applies.

• 50% deposit is due 30 days before arrival.
• The remaining 50% plus a security deposit of €500 must be transferred no later than 7 days before arrival.
• The security deposit will be refunded in full after departure, provided there are no damages or outstanding charges.

Our prices are quoted net. Upon request, an invoice with VAT shown separately will be issued.

4. Security Deposit

‍The security deposit serves as protection against damage to the rental property and any additional costs (e.g., late departure, special cleaning). Damages exceeding the deposit amount will be invoiced separately.

5. Cancellation Policy

• Up to 30 days before arrival: free cancellation
• Up to 7 days before arrival: 50% of the total price will be charged
• From 6 days before arrival or in case of no-show: 100% of the total price is due

6. Rebooking

‍Rebooking to a different date is generally possible, subject to availability. Please contact us as early as possible.

7. Use of the Property

• The property may only be used by the number of persons registered in advance.
• Maximum occupancy is 15 persons (6 double rooms, 3 single rooms).
• Subletting or transfer to third parties is not permitted.
• Events or celebrations require the express written consent of the landlord.

8. Check-in / Check-out

• Check-in is available from 8:00 AM on the day of arrival.
• Check-out must be completed by 4:00 PM on the day of departure.
• A later departure is only possible by prior arrangement and subject to availability.

9. House Rules

‍The applicable House Rules form part of the rental contract and are accepted upon booking. They can be viewed at: www.farmhouse-prasser.de/legal/hausordnung

In the event of serious or repeated violations of the House Rules, we reserve the right to terminate the stay early. No refund of the rental price will be granted in such cases.

10. Liability

‍Use of the property is at the guest's own risk. The landlord is not liable for damages or losses resulting from improper use of the facilities.

11. Early Departure

‍In the event of early departure, there is no entitlement to a refund of amounts already paid.

12. Data Protection

‍Personal data of guests will be used exclusively for processing bookings and fulfilling legal obligations, and will not be shared with third parties.
